Containing 15 litres of 100% pure varietal grape juice and varietal grape concentrate, with perfectly balanced pH, acid and tannin levels, this superb product combines simplicity and predictable results in a kit which yields wine of great flavour, aroma and complexity. The large volume of pure grape juice in the blend gives you more of the subtle characteristics than grape concentrate alone can provide. Expect deep full-bodied wines which are ready in 6 to weeks, but develop wonderfully with age.
